"I create because I must. To exist without producing, without leaving a mark of some significance somewhere – whether mysterious, monumental, magnanimous or merely modest – would be a life unlived." Zsa Zsa Stackles, Artist, Certified Art Instructor & Proprietor of ReFind.

Meet Zsa Zsa...

Zsa Zsa Stackles, an artist and certified art instructor, credits her ever flowing creativity for providing her with an incredible source of adventure, self-discovery, connection, spirituality, awakening, normalcy, self-worth, identity, healing, happiness, energy, and power. She believes that life as a creative artist and educator is simply an ordinary life that is consciously choreographed to support ongoing creativity within and foster creativity in those around her.

A New Jersey native and local member of the shore area, Zsa Zsa yearned to bring a whisper of the whimsical to the rebirth of Ocean County's barrier island after the devastation of Hurricane Sandy. She launched ReFind, a brick and mortar artisan studio in Bay Head, N.J. in June 2014 to create a place in the community where art and local artists can thrive again. Her offerings include art classes/workshops of a variety of mediums.(see Studio tab for details)

The ReFind studio also shows support of local artistry with a burgeoning gallery of creative art works in various mediums available for sale layered within a boutique of ever changing array of furniture, whimsical accents, vintage finds, original jewelry, & textiles.

A N.J. certified K-12 art teacher & artist with a B.A. from Georgian Court University, Zsa Zsa has taught students with disabilities, as well as supported anti-bullying programs.  She also has years of experience with her own company as a visual effects interior/exterior designer.  In addition, she possesses ample knowledge of archival framing, priding herself with finishing off her own works with recycled and/or refreshed antique frames.  She is a member of the Bay Head Business Association, The Guild of Creative Art, Save the Barnegat Bay Foundation, and has participated in community projects such as Empty Bowls and NASA's Artifact Exhibit.
